About Us

A few words about us

Gronsky’s Milk House is a family owned business in High Bridge, New Jersey founded in 1978 by Jackie & Steve Gronsky.  Originally a small convenience and ice cream store, Gronsky’s added a restaurant in 1988 to serve breakfast & lunch.

Breakfast, Lunch or Ice Cream

Our regularly updated Breakfast & Lunch menus have many items to choose from… If it is ice cream you want we have the flavor you crave!  We also make Ice Cream Cakes, Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookies in both mini and large, hard and soft.  Custom orders welcome, ask for our order form.
